To ensure all items are returned in the expected quality and quantity, we include a $50 Security Bond with every hire.
- It's Fully Refundable: The $50 is not a fee.
- How it Works: Once we confirm that all items are returned as hired, the full $50 is paid back directly into your account.
This process is our way of protecting the inventory while keeping hire costs low for everyone!

Where to find us
Pick up and drop off from our central Auckland location at 16 Tongariro St, Mt Eden. We're next door to Eden Park on a residential street. You can back your car in for easy loading with reasonable shelter from the weather.

Pick up is on Friday, and you can select a time when booking.
Drop off is on Monday, (Yes you get to hire them for the entire weekend!) and again you can select a time when booking.

Cancellation Policy
Free to change dates
Change Your Date, Not Your Plans!
If you need to change your booking date due to unforeseen issues like illness or weather, we are happy to help.
- Move your date 5 or more days out, and it’s completely FREE!
- Changing your date within the week (7 days) of your original hire date will incur a 10% fee.
Note on Exclusive/Large Bookings: When you hire all of an item, we lose the ability to accept any other bookings. Therefore, the fee structure for date changes is: 20% for 5+ days notice, and 50% if the change is made within the week of the booking.

Full Cancellation
We understand that cancellations are often due to unexpected circumstances. While we encourage date changes (which may be free), cancelling means we lose the opportunity to hire the item to someone else. Therefore, a cancellation fee is necessary to cover our losses and administrative costs.

Ordering Party Supplies and Hire Items
Why can't i order both in the same cart?
We understand you may want to order both party supplies and hired equipment! Because our hired items are managed through a separate system for maximum convenience and availability, these items require two separate carts.
Here are two easy ways to manage your order:
- Place Two Separate Orders: Simply complete one order for your party supplies and a second, separate order for your hired items.
- Email Us for Assistance: Send us an email detailing everything you need, and we will gladly organise the combined order for you!
