Delivery & Collection

We offer a flexible delivery and collection service across Auckland. You can also choose to pick up and drop off items yourself if preferred.

Delivery Zones & Pricing

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We will confirm the exact cost once we know your event details, including venue, date, and time. Our team will deliver your items in plenty of time and pick them up after your event as arranged.

If access to your venue is difficult (e.g. stairs, long walks, parking issues), please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Extra fees may apply if additional time, labour, or handling is required.

Self Pick-Up & Return

You can collect and return items from our Albany base by appointment. We'll provide packing instructions and pickup times. Please ensure everything is returned clean, dry, and on time.

Late returns may incur a fee.

Damaged Or Missing Items

We check all items before delivery and after collection. Please let us know immediately if something arrives damaged or not as expected.

You are responsible for the care of all items during the hire period. If anything is lost, broken, or excessively dirty, a repair or replacement fee will apply. We will provide an invoice if needed.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

• No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of your event.

Refunds will be processed using the same method you used to pay.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events are always at the mercy of the weather. We recommend having a backup plan, like a marquee or indoor space. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to bad weather, unless the event is cancelled following our cancellation terms above.
